We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated experienced Chef who has a genuine passion for food. You will provide leadership to an enthusiastic brigade aiming for continued excellence in high quality, well presented and delicious food.
About the role:
- Ensuring the safe provision of food as per documented food safety plan
- Hands on support and guidance to the food service staff
- Demonstrated understanding of accreditation standards, WH&S management, rostering, staffing, stock ordering and function coordinating
- Lead by example in a professional, considerate and pleasant demeanour to all stakeholders
- Role model to peers and maintains positive staff morale through effective teamwork
- High personal standards at all times

About you:
- Commercial Cooking certificate
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
- Diversified commercial volume cooking and fine dining experience
- Must be proactive, flexible, lateral, creative and dynamic
- Superior communication skills
- Exemplary customer service
