Switchboard Operator
We are seeking to recruit a motivated and dynamic Switchboard Operator to join our Administration team. If you are passionate about providing service excellence, with proven ability in flexibility, compassion and initiative, we want to hear from you.
About the role
· Answer and re-direct calls on a busy switchboard
· Maintain an accurate and effective telephone directory
· Liaise with clinical and non-clinical staff from other departments
· Support the Administration Team Leader and Administration Manager
· Complete other clerical tasks as required
· No weekend or public holiday work required
