What your role will look like

The Healthscope Team Leader role is a unique position where no two days will be the same. You will support the Residential Supervisor of the house whilst undertaking:

·       Rostering

·       Quality and compliance maintenance within the house

·       Monthly audits of care plans ensuring a high quality of support is being delivered

·       Monitoring of mandatory compliance module completion

·       Accompanying clients to doctors appointments and ensuring consistency and high quality medication chart completion.
