An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic individual with exceptional administrative, organisational, problem solving and communication skills.
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Executive Assistant will provide a high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Medical Officer and team, freeing up executive time from administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:
Executive support, managing emails, telephone calls and calendar appointments, managing meeting agendas and minutes, preparing reports and presentations, organizing events, ordering supplies, managing finances and invoices, budget tracking, making travel arrangements and other personal assistant tasks. A key task will be tracking deadlines and actions for team members, and keeping action plans up to date, ensuring internal and external deadlines are met.
The role is based at Healthscope head office, St Kilda Road, Melbourne, close to public transport, and cafes.

Selection Criteria:
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, spelling and grammar
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • Fast learner (especially regarding IT systems)
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Administration or other experience in health and/or quality management or further studies in any field desirable
