National Capital Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse’s with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our established nursing team in our Casual pool. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that promotes work life balance in a supportive team environment

As an Enrolled Nurse your responsibilities will include:

• Provide evidenced based nursing care
• Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure patient and staff safety
• Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for the delivery of nursing care and ensure practices within own level of clinical competence 
• Provide supervision, teaching and guidance to peers, Graduates and Students 
  

Essential Criteria:

• Current Registration with AHPRA
• Commitment to Quality Patient Care
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
• Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Works well independently and within a team

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF- ACT Nurse and Midwives' -Enterprise Agreement 2022, a salary ranging from $35.0979 - $38.1843 per hour.
