Holmesglen Private Hospital is a world class facility located in the Southeastern region of Melbourne. Holmesglen Private Hospital is a state of the art 147 bed hospital, comprising of a 24/7 Emergency Department, 6 bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 9 bed specialised Coronary Care Unit (CCU), 12 bay Day Infusion Unit and 5 specialised inpatient units. - including Oncology, Urology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, Interventional Cardiology and Rehabilitation Services.

Registered Nurse
Registered Nurses at Healthscope perform a wide range of activities in pursuit of delivering a high-quality patient experience. Every day is different and may include assessing patients, administering medications, providing wound care and educating patients and their families about health conditions. You will need to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, advocate for your patients and provide support to patients and their families. You will have the opportunity to continually develop, improve and promote best evidence-based practice.
What’s Included in the Graduate Program?
Our 12-month program, available in full-time or part-time roles (minimum 30 hours/week), is designed to help early career nurses and midwives transition into independent practice and enhance their clinical skills. This program is paired with an additional Consolidation Year to ensure you’re well-prepared to succeed.

· One to three rotations within your graduate stream over the 12-month program

What we’ll need from you
· Evidence of Australian working rights
· Completion of course from 1st January 2026 to at least one month starting
· Availability for a minimum of 30 hours/week, on a rotating roster including AM, PM, night, weekends, and public holidays.

· Two most recent summative/final clinical placement reports (Mandatory)
· Proof of Australian working rights (e.g. Australian / New Zealand passport, Australian birth certificate, or international passport and relevant Australian working visa evidence relevant including expiry date).
