Housekeeping Supervisor

Are you an enthusiastic team player with a passion for high standards and customer satisfaction? Brisbane Private Hospital is seeking dedicated individuals to join our friendly and supportive Environmental Services team as a PM Supervisor on a permanent part-time basis.

·        Monday to Sunday, PM Shifts: 7:00 PM - 2:30 AM

·        Up to 35 hours per week of work

·        Discounted parking and meals

·        Hourly base rate of $33.14 + Superannuation

About the Role

As an Environmental Services Assistant (Supervisor), your key responsibilities will include:

·        Ensure staff provide excellent customer service, employ safe work practices and manual handling techniques as well as identifying and reporting hazards.

·        Possesses general knowledge in cleaning duties, material Safety data Sheets, their use and importance, occupational Safety and Health Regulations, infection control standards.

·        Providing a high standard of cleaning services across the hospital.

·        Ensures waste management procedure are followed

·        Operating in strict adherence to infection control standards and WHS policies & procedures.

·        Delivering excellent customer service to everyone you interact with.

·        Motivate, support and train team, provide daily hands-on support to team

·        Previous experience in housekeeping supervisor role.
