Lady Davidson Private Hospital is a leading private rehabilitation facility in North Turramurra, Sydney owned by Healthscope. The hospital has 115 inpatient beds and a busy day patient program.

Both inpatient and day patient programs are based on an interdisciplinary team approach where all team members play an integral role. The major case-mix groups are orthopaedic, neurological, cardiac, and reconditioning, as well as palliative care and general medical.

What’s Included in the Graduate Program? 

Our 12-month program, available in full-time or part-time roles (minimum 30 hours/week), is designed to help early career nurses and midwives transition into independent practice and enhance their clinical skills. This program is paired with an additional Consolidation Year to ensure you’re well-prepared to succeed.

What we’ll need from you

·       Evidence of Australian working rights

·       Completion of a nursing or midwifery course after 1st June 2025 or expected completion at least one month before starting.

·    Availability for a minimum of 30 hours/week, on a rotating roster including AM, PM, night, weekends, and public holidays.

·       Your updated resume (Mandatory)

·       Two recent student clinical placement reports (Mandatory)

·       Proof of Australian working rights (e.g. Australian / New Zealand passport, Australian birth certificate, or international passport and relevant Australian working visa evidence). If you currently hold a student visa, please outline your plans for your next visa
