Hobart Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Occupational therapist (OT) to join our Allied Health Team. This opportunity will see you work across a diverse mix of inpatient rehabilitation cases including medical, orthopaedic, reconditioning and geriatric patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and efficient services and exceptional patient care.
· Assessment and evaluation of patient needs
· Treatment Planning and Implementation
· Rehabilitation Therapy & environment Modifications
· Collaboration and Education with multidisciplinary teams, patients and their families
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of one year OT experience in a hospital setting Hospital
- Bachelor of OT or equivalent
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Working with Vulnerable People Check
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
