Physiotherapist - Casual
Are you an enthusiastic Physiotherapist looking to join a highly experienced interdisciplinary rehabilitation team? Do you have a passion for managing a varied of inpatient rehabilitation case load and willing to work on weekends? This is the job for you.
As a Physiotherapist your responsibility will include:
- Providing comprehensive Physiotherapy rehabilitation services across inpatient, outpatient and/or Rehab at Home programs
- Assessing, providing and evaluating clinical care, in collaboration with patients/significant others, and the multidisciplinary team, so as to achieve identified rehabilitation goals
Healthscope's Victorian Rehabilitation Hospitals encompasses three rehabilitation facilities located across The Melbourne Metropolitan region: Dorset Rehabilitation Centre (Pascoe Vale), North Eastern Rehabilitation Centre (Ivanhoe) and The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre (Glen Waverley). Our programs have a reputation for high quality and patient-focused care, across a range of rehabilitation specialities. Our sites offer a friendly and supportive staff environment, with our established multidisciplinary teams servicing inpatient, outpatient and Rehab at Home rehabilitation programs.
Selection Criteria:
- Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
- Excellent clinical practice skills in rehabilitation assessment and intervention.
- Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Current driver’s license
