Join the team at Gold Coast Private Hospital as a Registered Nurse! We’re looking for experienced professionals to bring their skills to our nurse bank team. You will have the opportunity to work across various wards including orthopaedic, oncology, general medical and general surgery. You will play a key role within a supportive team, ensuring exceptional patient care is being delivered.

With 22 operating theatres, Gold Coast Private Hospital offers a wide range of specialties including, but not limited to, 24/7 Emergency Care, Medical Services, Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), General Surgery, Obstetrics, Cardiac Care, and Oncology.

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care
• Educate and support patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care
• Lead quality improvement and safety initiatives
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient care
• Serve as a role model for safe practices

Essential Criteria:

·       Authority to Work in Australia

·       Working with Children check (if relevant)

·       Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent

·       Current unrestricted AHPRA registration

·       Compliance with ACQSHC National standards

·       Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care

·       Self-motivated team player

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Healthscope - Queensland - Nurses Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2025" (salaries range between $41.49 and $52.97 per hour + superannuation)
