With 277 beds, our facility is designed to accommodate high acuity needs, complemented by a fully equipped Emergency Department situated in Bella Vista.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors, creating a positive first impression
  • Coordinating patient files and liaising with other ward clerks
  • Providing accurate information to relatives and supporting nursing staff
  • Managing medical records, discharge summaries, and test results
  • Assisting the Nurse Unit Manager and collaborating with allied health and hospital departments

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong communication abilities – both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Webpas Medical System
  • Previous experience in frontline customer service
