Accounts Receivable Officer

The hospital features 486 beds, 50-bed Emergency Department, 20-bed general and cardiothoracic ICU, 14 state-of-the-art theatres including cardiac catheter labs, world-class education centre, doctors lounge and excellent staff facilities including café and car parking.

As an Accounts Receivable Officer your responsibilities will include:
- Debtor Management for both patient and health fund
- Answer account queries
- Process payments and follow up on short payments
- Oversee electronic claims and rejection reports to ensure prompt payment of claims
- Working with clients regarding overdue payments
- Cash Handling and daily banking
- Quarterly reporting
- General administrative duties
You will bring to our high-performing team:
- Advanced computer skills
- Certificate III in Accounts Administration
- Experience with Patient Management System software (desired)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Works well independently and within a team
