Pine Rivers Private Hospital has a vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work alongside our team of Administration staff in supporting the hospital’s Consulting Suites.
As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include:

Perform a broad range of administration duties including:
-
Manage a busy reception desk
-
Answer and redirect calls
-
Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork
-
Conduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visits
-

Maintain accurate and effective record management systems
-
Support VMOs in running their private practice
-
Perform Health Fund Checks as required
-
Manage the collection of payments
-
Coordinate with staff from other departments
-
Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
Pine Rivers Private Hospital (PRPH) presents as a high-performing, welcoming & supportive 70-bed, acute Mental Health Inpatient and Outpatient facility caring for low to moderate risk patients. PRPH provides a large array of both Inpatient and Outpatient Psychotherapy Programs, and TMS/ECT therapies. Flexible to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster – early/late shifts & weekend work (7:30am - 6:00pm)
