About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer with outstanding customer service skills to work within our highly regarded Public Contract team within our Administration Department. In this varied role, you will manage the bookings and billings for public contract referrals, liaising with patients, specialists, hospital staff and a range of other stakeholders. Your strong communications and administrative skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.

Essential Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience working in a high volume customer centric role.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Ability to follow instructions and take directions as required
- Previous experience in a hospital or medical environment will be highly regarded
