- Overseeing daily operational requirements, including staffing levels, roster management, and ensuring house meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Supporting client‑centred practice, including oversight of client intake, assessments, referrals, and ensuring smooth admission processes.
- Monitoring compliance and quality, such as staff training, documentation, audits, and continuous improvement activities across the service.
- Managing financial and business performance, including oversight of budgets, and reporting.
- Driving team development, through mentoring, performance discussions, onboarding, and fostering a positive, values‑driven culture.
- Promoting safety and risk management, responding to incidents, supporting wellbeing initiatives, and ensuring staff have the training and tools to work safely.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or Aged Care
- Strong understanding of SDA, SIL, and NDIS Quality & Safeguarding frameworks.
- Experience in supervising or leading a large team of disability support workers, with sound leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, written, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, conflict and negotiations and comfort making decisions that balance risk, client outcomes and commercial/strategic issues.
- Ability to mentor and coach staff to ensure best practice service delivery is achieved.
If you meet these criteria and feel this role aligns with your values and experience, we would love to hear from you. To apply, please include a cover letter, and CV. You will only be contacted if you proceed to the next stage.
