About you
- An ability to provide exceptional person centre and evidence- based care
- Strong ability to work autonomously and deliver the desired outcomes.
- High level interpersonal skills in communication and relationship building with all key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse with no restrictions
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Registered Nurse
- Post graduate qualification in Education (desirable)
- Understanding of the role of education in the preparation of staff to ensure that an appropriately skilled workforce is available for the provision of care and service
- Demonstrated experience with undergraduate nursing and/or health professional students and understanding of the needs of students on clinical placement
- Demonstrated experience with new staff members including preceptorship of graduate nurses
- Understanding the professional development needs of staff, and how this links to retention and a sustainable workforce
- Experience working with learners using adult education principles
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & non-verbal), including the ability to liaise at all levels within the organisation and work as part of a team
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
- High quality customer service skills
- High degree of integrity and professionalism

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Healthscope - NSWNMA / AMNF - Nurses and Midwives Agreement – NUM classification starting from $66.50 to $69.66 per hour.
