The Peninsula Private Hospital Rehabilitation team is a group of passionate, dedicated professionals who daily provide exceptional rehab services and programs to our patients with a focus on treating the individual for the best possible outcomes.

This is a Part-Time position 60 hours.


As a Clinical Liaison Officer / Clinical Nurse your responsibilities will include:  

  • Rehabilitation assessments for patients referred to the hospital.
  • Manage and coordinate admission of patients to the hospital.
  • Facilitate communication throughout the multi-disciplinary team, referral sources and doctors to ensure high quality care for patients.
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with external referrers, including other hospitals and GPs.
  • Market the services of the hospital both externally and internally.
  • “Hands on” role as a Clinical Nurse within the Medical/Rehabilitation Ward.

 

Located on the Redcliffe Peninsula is Peninsula Private Hospital.

As a dedicated medical, surgical and rehabilitation hospital, we have been providing quality healthcare services to the greater Kippa-Ring area for over 30 years.

Our highly trained clinical team provide a full range of healthcare services and believe in working with our patients to provide a holistic approach to clinical care, treating patients with dignity and respect, ensuring that each patient receives the best quality care.

Selection Criteria:

  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 3 years previous experience equivalent level
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills     
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Works well independently and within a team
