· Casual role 2 -3 shifts per week
· Mon – Sun AM, PM, ND shifts available including a 5 hr float shift 4-9pm
· $36.74 - $39.78 per hour plus super

About the role
Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team of professionals in providing excellent patient care on a casual basis picking up 2 -3 shifts per week across a 7 day roster. This position is in the medical/ respiratory ward. Hospital experience is not required, but at least 12 mths working as a EN in another setting.

Your duties will include
- Supporting patients throughout their stay
- Maintain positive relationships with patients, families, staff and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Effectively worked within scope of practice, demonstrated clinical competencies and comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation of outcomes including recognition and timely response to patient deterioration
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure patient and staff safety
- Assist nursing staff with supporting patients with care of patients
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 12 months experience as an Enrolled Nurse in any setting
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Works well independently and within a team
