What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly
• Deliver and collect patient meal trays efficiently and courteously
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff and visitors
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils and food service areas
• Support food safety and hygiene standards in line with hospital policies
• Contribute to a positive, respectful and collaborative team environment
• Work safely and effectively in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements

About You

You'll be a team player with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to service excellence.

You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in hospitality, food services or healthcare environments (hospital experience highly regarded)
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and on-call shifts

Desirable Qualifications

• Food Handler Certificate
• Certificate III in Hospitality
