Are you a Scrub/Scout and/or Anaesthetics/Recovery Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity to have flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle across various Healthscope sites and specialties that suit your experience and career aspirations?
The Healthscope Victorian Casual Flexi Crew provides nurses with the ability to work across a number of different Healthscope Hospitals Perioperative Teams throughout Victoria and enjoy a variety of clinical experiences within our wide and diverse Healthscope Team.
The Victorian Casual Flexi Crew is led by a dedicated and passionate manager that will encourage and establish opportunities for clinical growth and development within the organisation. We are seeking individuals who are organised, proactive, resourceful and are willing to excel within the clinical environment. Opportunities to participate in education programs, experience different specialties and work towards permanent positions if desired are available to the team.

We are seeking individuals with:
· Current AHPRA Registration
· Minimum of 2 years’ perioperative clinical experience post registration
Essential criteria:
· Working rights within Australia
· Current police check and working with children’s check
· Commitment to Quality Patient Care
· Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
· Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Works well independently and within a team
· Basic computer skills
· Post Graduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing
As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include:
· Deliver evidence based nursing care
· Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
· Ensure patient and staff safety
· Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their perioperative needs
