Grade 2 Physiotherapist working in Pain Management Services

About the role: 

The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre is currently seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to provide services to our outpatient Pain Management service. The successful candidate will have experiences in the provision of pain management services working in a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities:  

  • Deliver excellent clinical services related to assessment, individual or group intervention, planning and evidence-based practice in the field of Chronic Pain Management
  • Participate in program development and quality improvement activities
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to junior staff and students 
     


Essential Criteria:
 

  • Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to professional development
  • Previous rehabilitation working in multidisciplinary Pain team experience is highly desirable
