Prince of Wales Private Hospital offers comprehensive care and services in a modern and well-equipped facility. 24-hour medical cover supports the clinical services and our Intensive Care Unit is staffed by experienced specialised nurses and medical officers. Our Hospital has been recognised for providing high quality, patient-focused care since its opening in 1997. We recognise the integral and important role we play as part of our community.

What’s Included in the Graduate Program?
Our 12-month program, available in full-time or part-time roles (minimum 30 hours/week), is designed to help early career nurses and midwives transition into independent practice and enhance their clinical skills.
· Maternity (Registered Midwives only) graduate streams available – depending on Hospital preference.
· One to three rotations within your graduate stream over the 12-month program
· Ongoing employment contract

What we’ll need from you
· Evidence of Australian working rights
· Completion of a nursing or midwifery course within the last six months or expected completion at least one month before starting.
· Availability for a minimum of 30 hours/week, on a rotating roster including AM, PM, night, weekends, and public holidays.
What to get ready for your application
· Your updated resume (Mandatory)
· Two recent student clinical placement reports (Mandatory)
· A document outlining your proposed next visa plans, if you currently hold a student visa or a similar temporary visa.
· Proof of Australian working rights (e.g. Australian / New Zealand passport, Australian birth certificate, or international passport and relevant Australian working visa evidence).
