About the role
Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse /Clinical Nurse to join our team of professionals as a Quality and Risk Officer. You will support our team by reviewing all patient feedback received. You will utilise this feedback to implement activities that improve our ability to offer safe clinical care for all in line with national standards and implement activities the improve our overall service delivery.

Your duties will include:
· Supporting the Quality Manager to manage Quality and Risk processes
· Collate and maintain accurate and up to date data bases
· Compliance preparation to meet local and national legislative requirements
· Ability to collect, aggregate and analyse data
· Knowledge of NSQHS requirements and ability to table reports at committees
· Work as an effective part of the Quality & Risk Team
Essential Criteria:
· A minimum of 5 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
· Current Registration with AHPRA
· Experience with Riskman and MS Office
· Quality and Safety experience
· Auditing exp and sound knowledge of National Standards
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Works well independently and within a team
