About the Role
Northern Beaches is expanding in 2024, opening a further 30 bed in-patient ward. The ward will operate a dynamic mix of both public and private medical and surgical care. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of a brand new team with a unique model of care.
We are seeking Registered Nurses who are passionate about providing the highest level of care with patients always at the centre of your decision making. You will enjoy building new relationships in your team and share our company values of: We care. We do. We Strive. We’re a Team.
Your skills will include the following:
· Ideally you will have recent experience on a medical or surgical ward
· Currently registered as a Registered Nurse with the AHPRA
· Minimum 2 years’ acute care experience.
· Demonstrated computer literacy with email and an electronic patient record system
· Previous experience within a private hospital setting will be well regarded
· Passion for delivering quality patient-centred care
· Ability to manage shift work (including, day & night shifts) over 7 days.

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF – NSW Nurses and Midwives’ – Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2024, a salary ranging from $35.46 - $49.79 per hour.
