Norwest Private Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with surgical nursing experience, excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our established nursing team on a full-time or part-time basis.

As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include:

·              Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care

·              Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs

·              Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes

·              Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs

·              Act as a role model for Safe Practice

Essential Criteria:

·              Current Registration with AHPRA

·              Minimum of 3 years surgical/ UROLOGY experience

·              Working with Children check

·              Specialty nursing experience - Urology

·              Commitment to Quality Patient Care

·              Compliance with ACQSHC National standards

·              Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills

·              Excellent communication and customer service skills

·              Works well independently and within a team

·              Intermediate computer skills
