About the Role

As a Supply Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our hospital running smoothly. You’ll manage our imprest system, ensuring wards and departments have the essential stock they need—accurately, efficiently, and on time.

This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and other stakeholders, becoming a trusted go‑to within the hospital.

In this role, you will:

• Manage ordering, receipting, and stock distribution
• Maintain inventories and support unit managers with imprest levels
• Respond to supply‑related enquiries
• Uphold safety and quality standards
• Contribute to a positive, team‑focused workplace

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and passionate about great service. Ideally, you will bring:

• Previous supply experience (healthcare background advantageous)
• Experience using computerised inventory systems (e.g., Technology One)
• Strong organisation, communication, and time‑management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team
• A professional, customer‑focused approach
• A high level of physical capability for manual handling tasks
