About the Role
As a Supply Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our hospital running smoothly. You’ll manage our imprest system, ensuring wards and departments have the essential stock they need—accurately, efficiently, and on time.
This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and other stakeholders, becoming a trusted go‑to within the hospital.
In this role, you will:
- Manage ordering, receipting, and stock distribution
- Maintain inventories and support unit managers with imprest levels
- Respond to supply‑related enquiries
- Uphold safety and quality standards
- Contribute to a positive, team‑focused workplace
About You
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and passionate about great service. Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous supply experience (healthcare background advantageous)
- Experience using computerised inventory systems (e.g., Technology One)
- Strong organisation, communication, and time‑management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team
- A professional, customer‑focused approach
- A high level of physical capability for manual handling tasks
