Are you a motivated and passionate Admin/Bookings Clerk looking to step into a rewarding career opportunity?

 

Our Admin/Booking's Clerk provide outstanding customer service to our VMO's and clinical staff. This is a great role for a focused individual who is wanting to achieve work-life balance and a dynamic career in Healthcare. 


As a Bookings Clerk your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing theatre sessions

  • Handle enquires from specialist centre

  • Manage clerical and administrative responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and timely information data collection

 

Melbourne Private Hospital is a 122 bed private hospital co-located with the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Melbourne Private Hospital offers a friendly and supportive staff environment with a strong commitment to the provision of excellence in the delivery of care to our customers.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced person to provide flexible and effective administrative support to our busy team.

 

Desirable criteria:

  • Experience in an acute patient focused Healthcare facility/Hospital
  • Knowledge of Patient Management System (ideally WebPAS)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organisational & prioritisation skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • The ability to work autonomously
