Part of Healthscope, we are a 277-bed hospital in Sydney’s growing North West, offering a wide range of services including orthopaedics, neurosurgery, cardiac care, and maternity services.
Your Role
As a Theatre Orderly, you’ll be a key part of our perioperative team, ensuring a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for both patients and clinical staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Safely transferring patients to and from theatre
- Assisting with patient positioning and manual handling
- Preparing and setting up operating theatres
- Maintaining a clean and safe theatre environment during procedures
- Supporting nursing staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You
You are reliable, proactive, and thrive working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
We’re looking for:
- Experience as a Theatre Orderly (desired but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work rotating AM/PM shifts (Monday–Friday)
- Current Working With Children Check & National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
