Your Impact
As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be entrusted with caring for patients with complex and high‑acuity needs, delivering evidence‑based care while supporting patients and families through some of life’s most challenging moments.
You will:
- Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred ICU care grounded in best practice
- Support patients and families across recovery, rehabilitation and end‑of‑life care
- Collaborate within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to and lead quality improvement and safety initiatives
- Act as a role model for clinical excellence, professionalism and safe practice

About You
You are a confident, compassionate ICU nurse who takes pride in delivering exceptional care and thrives in a collaborative, high‑performance environment.
Essential Requirements
- Recent clinical experience in an Intensive Care Unit including mechanical ventilation
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration and Australian working rights
- Postgraduate Certificate in ICU (or currently working towards)
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to quality and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to contribute positively to a high‑functioning team
- Compliance with ACQSHC National Standards
- Current Working With Children Check
Desirable
- Current ALS certification
