 As CSSD Manager your responsibilities will include:

  •           Attend the operational management of the current CSSD Department within the Perioperative Services area
  •            Act as an advocate for our Quality Management System and promote a safe work environment
  •            Support your team to achieve a streamlined operational management
  •            Meet relevant standards and best practices consistent with the CSSD specialty area 

Essential Criteria:

  •            Minimum 4 – 5 years’ experience working in a senior role within a CSSD environment
  •           Certificate III or IV in Sterilisation held from an accredited provider
  •           Hold Australian Work Rights
  •           Sound knowledge of accreditation standards ACHS/AS/NZ 4187 Standards and HICMR
  •           Demonstrated ability to show leadership and the ability to work with a wide range of people in a team environment
  •           Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •            Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  •            Intermediate computer literacy skills - including MS office and various data bases
  •            An interest in promoting best practice patient care
  •            A focus on professional development
