Knox Private Hospital is one of Victoria’s largest private hospitals.
We provide comprehensive 24/7 care with a full range of medical and surgical specialties—from complex cardiothoracic surgery to neurosurgery, orthopaedics, urology and more. About the Opportunity
Following a recent restructure of our Support Services team, we are excited to introduce a newly created leadership role: Guest Services Manager.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee our Environmental (Guest Services) team this role is critical in leadership of our non-clinical Cleaning, Waste and Linen services whilst delivering a high standard of service to our patients, staff and guests.
This is a substantive operational leadership role with approximately 55 direct reports working across a continuous 7‑day roster.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Corporate Services, you will:
- Lead and manage the Guest Services (Environmental) team of 55 staff across 24/7 operations
- Train, mentor and upskill both new and existing team members
- Manage roster development and workforce scheduling
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with OHS, infection prevention and control standards
- Foster a positive, collaborative and service‑focused team culture
