Peninsula Private Hospital and Pine Rivers Private Hospital is seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to join their dynamic and professional team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent customer service skills to step into a rewarding career.


 

As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Team
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes
  • Manage diary appointments, travel and meeting bookings for appointed executives
  • HR site coordinator including employee contracts, visa co-ordination,  employee on boarding and uniform management
  • Maintain HR file management and upkeep
  • Document Control
  • VMO Credentialing Officer for the Hospital
  • Staff Awards programs
  • General support for Nurse Unit Managers
  • Other ad-hoc support tasks as required


Peninsula Private Hospital has been providing healthcare services to the Redcliffe Peninsula community for over 30 years.  We are a 70 patient-bed private hospital, situated in Kippa-Ring providing medical, surgical and rehabilitation healthcare services.


 
Essential Criteria:
  • Min 4 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Administration experience in a Hospital/Healthcare environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work within a busy team
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts – early/late shifts & weekend work
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage with a range of key stakeholders
  • Ability to create effective work processes
  • Flexibility and openness to new ideas
  • Advanced use of MS Office Suite
